Once the updated terms are published, they will replace the original terms without further notice. After Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. modifies the terms of the agreement, if the user does not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. If the user continues to use the services provided by Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd., it will be deemed that they have accepted the modified agreement.
1、 Usage rules1.1 The user fully understands and agrees that the APP product of Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. is only a platform for providing services to the user, and the user must be responsible for all actions under their registered account, including any content you transmit and any resulting results. Users should make their own judgments on the content of Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd.'s APP products and bear all risks arising from the use of the content, including those arising from reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or practicality of the content. Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. cannot and will not be liable for any losses or damages caused by user behavior.
1.2 Any content transmitted by users in or through the APP product services of Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. does not reflect the views or policies of Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd., and Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. assumes no responsibility for this.
1.3 The user fully understands and agrees that the APP product of Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. is a platform, and the user shall bear full responsibility for the authenticity, legality, and validity of the registration information on the APP product of Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. The user shall not impersonate others; Not to use the name of others to disseminate any information; Do not maliciously use the registered account to cause other users to mistake it; Otherwise, Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to immediately stop providing services, reclaim the APP product account of Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd., and the user shall bear all legal responsibilities arising from this.
1.4 The user shall be fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, and effectiveness of the information transmitted on the APP products of Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. Any legal responsibility related to the information disseminated by the user shall be borne by the user, and shall not be related to Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd.
1.5 Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to unilaterally change, suspend, restrict, terminate or revoke all or part of the service content of this service at any time without any notice due to business development needs. Users shall bear this risk.
1.6 The services provided by Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. APP products may include advertisements, and users agree to display advertisements provided by Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. and third-party suppliers and partners during use.
1.7 Users are not allowed to use the APP products or services of Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. to create, upload, copy, or send the following content:
(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the constitution; (2) Harming national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity; (3) Harming national honor and interests; (4) Inciting ethnic hatred and discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity; (5) Disrupting national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions; (6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability; (7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or instigating crimes; (8) Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others; (9) Information containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
1.8 Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. may, in its reasonable judgment, be responsible for violating relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement; Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to stop transmitting any content that infringes, obstructs, or threatens the rights or safety of anyone, or impersonates others, in accordance with the law. Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to take appropriate legal action against any person who violates this clause in its own judgment, including but not limited to deleting content that is illegal, infringing, or inappropriate from Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd.'s APP products and services, terminating the violator's membership, preventing them from using all or part of Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd.'s APP products and services, and storing relevant information in accordance with laws and regulations and reporting to relevant departments.
1.9 User Rights and Obligations：
(1) The ownership of the APP product account of Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. belongs to Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. After completing the registration application procedures, users obtain the right to use the APP product account of Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. This right of use only belongs to the initial applicant for registration and is prohibited from gifting, borrowing, renting, transferring or selling. Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to recover users' APP product accounts due to business needs. (2) Users have the right to modify or delete personal information, registration information, and transmission content on the Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. APP product. However, it should be noted that deleting relevant information will also delete any text and images stored in the system. Users are responsible for this risk. (3) Users are responsible for ensuring the security of their registered account information and account passwords, and are legally responsible for any actions taken under their registered account and password. The user agrees not to use the accounts or passwords of other members under any circumstances. When you suspect that others are using your account or password, you agree to immediately notify Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. (4) Users shall abide by the terms of this agreement and use this service correctly and appropriately. If a user violates any of the terms of this agreement, Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to terminate the provision of services to the defaulting user's APP product account in accordance with the agreement. Meanwhile, Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to reclaim its APP product account and username at any time. (5) If a user does not log in to the app product account of Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. for a long time after registering, Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to reclaim the account to avoid resource waste. Any problems caused by this will be borne by the user themselves.
2、 Privacy protectionThe user agrees that personal privacy information refers to the information that can personally identify the user or involves personal communication, including the following information: the user's real name, ID number, mobile phone number, and IP address. Non personal privacy information refers to the basic recorded information and all other general information beyond the scope of personal privacy information that is clearly and objectively reflected on the server end of Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd., including the user's operating status and usage habits of this service; And the aforementioned privacy information that the user agrees to disclose; Respecting the privacy of user's personal privacy information is a consistent policy of Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. At the same time, in order to operate and improve the technology and services of Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd., Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. may collect, use or provide non personal privacy information of users to third parties, which will help Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. provide users with a better user experience and improve the service quality of Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. The user agrees to be bound by the privacy policy of Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. when using its APP products and services. When you accept the terms of this agreement, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd.'s privacy policy.
3、 Trademark information of Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., LtdThe graphics, text, or their composition involved in the APP product services of Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd., as well as other logos and product and service names of Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd., are all trademarks of Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. Logo"). Without the prior written consent of Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd., users are not allowed to display, use or otherwise dispose of the logo of Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. in any way, nor are they allowed to indicate to others that you have the right to display, use, or otherwise dispose of the logo of Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd.
4、 Legal Liability and Disclaimer4.1 The user agrees to indemnify and hold Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd., its cooperating companies, and affiliated companies harmless from any claims, demands, or losses claimed by any third party, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from the user's violation of this Agreement or related service terms. 4.2 Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. and its cooperating units shall not be liable for all losses suffered by users due to communication line failures, technical problems, network and computer failures, system instability, and other force majeure reasons caused by third parties such as the telecommunications department. 4.3 If any uncontrollable events such as technical malfunctions affect the normal operation of services, Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. and its cooperating units promise to cooperate with relevant units in a timely manner to handle and repair them. However, Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. and its cooperating units shall not be responsible for any losses suffered by users as a result. 4.4 Like most Internet services, this service may be harassed by various security issues, including but not limited to user reasons, network service quality, social environment and other factors, such as harassment in real life caused by others' use of user information; Other software downloaded and installed by users or other websites accessed contain viruses such as Trojan horses, which threaten the security of user's computer information and data, thereby affecting the normal use of this service, and so on. Users should strengthen their awareness of information security and data protection, and pay attention to password protection to avoid losses and harassment. 4.5 Users must understand that the use of this service may be affected by unstable factors in various aspects due to the involvement of Internet services. Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused to users who are unable to send or receive reading messages, or for receiving incorrect messages. 4.6 Users must understand that there is a risk of anonymous or impersonated information, including threatening, defamatory, offensive, or illegal content or behavior, or infringement of the rights of others (including intellectual property), from any other person during the use of this service. Users must bear the above risks. Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. and its cooperating companies do not provide any type of guarantee for this service, whether explicit or implicit, including all implied guarantees and conditions related to the authenticity, commercial suitability, suitability for a specific purpose, ownership, and non infringement of information. Any direct, indirect, accidental, special, and subsequent damage caused by the user's improper or illegal use of the service shall not be liable. Users are advised to carefully read and consider risks independently. Minors should read this Agreement with the accompaniment of their legal guardians. The final interpretation and modification rights of the above terms and conditions belong to Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. 6.2 If any provision of this Agreement is partially or completely invalid, it shall not affect the validity of other provisions. 6.3 The copyright of this Agreement is owned by Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. Liaoning Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. reserves all interpretation and modification rights.
