1、 Privacy Clause

Kunpeng APP respects and protects the personal privacy rights of all service users. This privacy policy is an integral part of the Kunpeng APP service usage agreement.

2、 Applicable scope

(a) When you register your Kunpeng APP account, you provide personal registration information according to the requirements of the Kunpeng APP; (b) When you use the Kunpeng APP network service or access the Kunpeng APP platform webpage, the Kunpeng APP automatically receives and records information from your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware feature information, and the webpage record you need; (c) Kunpeng APP obtains user personal data from business partners through legal means. You understand and agree that the following information is not subject to this privacy policy: (a) the keyword information you enter when using the search service provided by the Kunpeng APP platform; (b) Violation of legal regulations or rules of Kunpeng APP, and the measures taken by Kunpeng APP against you.

(a) Kunpeng APP will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, unless you have obtained your permission in advance, or unless such third party and Kunpeng APP (including Kunpeng APP affiliated companies) provide services to you individually or jointly, and after the end of this service, they will be prohibited from accessing all such information, including those they have previously been able to access. If any Kunpeng APP platform user engages in the above activities, Kunpeng APP has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user upon discovery.

(g) Other Kunpeng apps may disclose information deemed appropriate by law, regulations, or website policies.

5、 Information storage and exchange

The information and materials collected by the Kunpeng APP regarding you will be stored on the servers of the Kunpeng APP and/or its affiliated companies. These information and materials may be transmitted to your country, region, or overseas where the Kunpeng APP collects information and materials, and will be accessed, stored, and displayed overseas.

(a) Kunpeng APP does not access cookies, so you can use the APP with confidence.

(a) Kunpeng APP accounts have security protection functions. Please keep your username and password information safe. The Kunpeng APP will ensure that your information is not lost, abused, or altered by encrypting user passwords and other security measures. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also note that there are no comprehensive security measures on the information network. (b) When using the Kunpeng APP network service for online transactions, it is inevitable that you will have to communicate with the counterparty or potential transaction partners
